Issues 4.4, 5.4, 6.3, & 6.4 = $12 individuals, $24 institutions + actual cost of postage
Issues 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 6.2, & 7.1 = $15 individuals, $30 institutions + actual cost of postage
Issues 1.2 & 6.1 = $20 individuals, $40 institutions + actual cost of postage
Issues 2.1 & 5.3 = $30 individuals, $50 institutions + actual cost of postage

Finally, we have a very limited number of complete sets of back issues for $500 + actual cost of postage

This voids all previous prices, as well as the prices announced in the Summer 2007 issue, which is now shipping. We understand back issues to be the first 23 issues of the journal, up to and including vol. 7, no. 1 (Spring 2007). To check on availability and arrange payment, please contact the Editor.
